For setting up the connection to the Tekomar Cloud Workspace in the application, please refer to Workspace location. After successful connection, you will find there Installations already set-up and readings created by other users (if any).

Depending on the quality of your internet connection, it may be required to use the offline cache. Accelleron will assess during project initiation whether this option is applicable to your license which controls the settings as follows:

Cached mode forced: you cannot deactivate it, option not visible in user interface

Cached mode available: you may turn on cached mode if you experience network interrupts from time to time

Cached mode not available: you cannot turn this feature on

To edit the cloud workspace settings, go to Settings -> Workspace location -> Change:

If the cached mode is available, you may activate it be checking the check-box Use offline cache:

Having the offline cache activated, the status of the connectivity is displayed next to the workspace location name in the main window, top-left:

In the list-box Readings, the status of each Reading is indicated. Hover over it to get a detailed description:

If you have been offline and have modified a reading, and during that time another user has modified the same reading, you will be prompted to resolve this conflict after being back online. Like with other collaborative file editing systems, it may be required to take an informed decision which version to keep.

Note: Depending on your network environment, it may be required to configure the current firewall settings. In case the connection does not work please contact your company's IT administrator and provide the following information:

IP addresses may change, please use cmd ping to retrieve the currently valid IP address. Request timeouts can be ignored.
