The cloud workspace is a cloud storage which works for the user in exactly the same way as a local workspace. The difference is about sharing files. While those being connected directly to the cloud workspace don't have to take additional actions to share completed readings with other users, clients working always offline with a local workspace (e.g. "Default" which stores data in My Documents) have to share them by using an existing E-mail client. Furthermore, for users connected directly to the cloud workspace, activation of new license period and configuration update is done automatically.
